The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide focused support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, helping them access learning and participate confidently in classroom activities. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement personalised strategies to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and committed to creating a positive learning environment. Previous experience working with pupils with ASD is essential.
