The Opportunity

Working within a busy production facility, you will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and production runs efficiently.

Please note: this role involves working in a dusty and dirty manufacturing environment, handling raw materials and production substances as part of the day-to-day operation. Suitable PPE will be provided.

  • Handling materials such as pigments, resins, and additives safely and accurately
  • Recording production data, batch numbers, and quantities correctly
  • Monitoring machinery performance and reporting any faults or issues promptly
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the production area
  • Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the wider production team to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred
  • Comfortable working in a dusty, hands-on industrial environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative when required
  • FLT licence is advantageous but not essential

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break daily

What’s On Offer

  • Stable, full-time opportunity with a reputable employer
  • Supportive working environment and friendly team culture
  • Opportunity to learn new skills and develop within manufacturing
  • Immediate starts available for suitable candidates

If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to join a busy production environment where your contribution matters, we’d love to hear from you.
