Junior Project Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishment
West London

A well-established high-end residential contractor is looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to work directly alongside the Company Director, overseeing multiple prime residential refurbishment projects across West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a recent construction graduate or a technically minded tradesperson looking to step into project management and build a long-term career within the prime residential sector.

Projects typically range from £500k to £3m, involving luxury refurbishments, bespoke finishes, structural alterations, and high-spec interior fit-outs for private clients.

The Role

You will work closely with the Director across 3–4 live projects, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of project delivery, including:

• Assisting with day-to-day project management
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Monitoring programmes and project progress
• Liaising with clients, architects, and suppliers
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Supporting procurement and cost tracking
• Ensuring high standards of quality and health & safety

This role offers genuine mentorship and a clear progression path into a fully-fledged Project Manager position.

Ideal Candidate

• Construction-related degree OR trade background with strong technical understanding
• Passion for high-end residential construction
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious and career-driven
• Able to work across multiple sites in West London
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
